About Me

My Background

As a child I spent my time reading, drawing, and listening to music. Some of my favorite memories are of staying up late and painting through the night.

I am inspired by scripture, music, nature, and by observing everyday life. The shapes, colors, light, and underlying tones of things spark creativity.

My wife and I enjoy traveling, which opens up opportunities to see and explore different art, music, and food, which are all inspiration for creativity. The most exciting thing to me about being an artist is creating something that has not existed before.

My Medium

I use many different mediums, such as clay, acrylics, oils, charcoal, and pastels. Using multiple mediums helps me convey the idea and tone of each piece. Every idea is as unique as the materials or combination of materials used to create them.
